This is the beginning. In the next several pages you will see a transformation take place in this old truck from what you see here to what I hope will be a very capable 4x4 trail truck.
It's taking a while to get all the stuff done that needs to be done - from page one to page three spans a full year. But it is proving to be well worth the time and effort in my opinion.

Well, by now the photos below have probably loaded but I thought you may like to see the starting out list. You know; the beginning. On subsequent pages I list the modifications done at that time.

Pretty innocent looking - huh?
I love it !

The control Station.
Note the gauges on the windshield pillar, under the dash, and on the steering column.

And looking up we have the escape hatch . . er, sun roof.

Hop in.
I want to show you something :-)
Notice the big Pioneer speaker stuffed behind the door panel. Power windows and door locks too.

Are those some wild seat covers or what?!? The ugly blue arm rests go up and down by the way. Oh and there is a 6x9 Pioneer speaker in a custom enclosure behind each seat, too.

The self pitching tent.
8 feet by almost 5 feet, not counting the tail gate. As you can see from the darkness inside, the cover doesn't leak light, so it's pretty dry under there.
