| All of us are avid campers. Up until recently we camped in tents, with the two kids each in there own tents.
Then we discovered Air Streams ! Life hasn't been quite the same since - except for the kids ;-) they are still in tents. Hey, we are getting older, not dumber! Below you will find small images of our vintage 1970 Air Stream Caravel Land Yacht (we didn't name it). It is 18 feet long measured as travel trailers are . . .from the rear bumper to the front point of the hitch - tell me a salesman didn't think of that! | In case you are wondering, that number on the top of the trailer identifies us as members of the Wally Byam Caravan Club International. The largest group of Air Streamers on earth. A directory is published each year and mailed to members that allow us to look up these identifying numbers to find out who the folks are that own the trailer. It makes 'saying hello' much easier in the parks and on the road. | |||
